Commons category link
[edit]@Vanstrat: Re your revert, this is a bit of an odd situation as it looks like this is two articles in one. I changed the commons category link from commons:Category:Kingsway/Royal Alex Transit Centre (ETS) to commons:Category:Kingsway/Royal Alex station (ETS) as the latter reflects the article title, which presumably would be the main subject. The template is normally placed in the last section, which is where it appears when rendered, not within one of the earlier subsections. I'd encourage you to think about splitting this article into two, each of which can then have a commons category link, or if they are one subject then they should be merged together better, both here and on Commons... Thanks. Mike Peel (talk) 08:18, 27 December 2019 (UTC)
- @Mike Peel: Hey Mike, I see what you're saying. I've gone and moved the template as per Template:Commonscat#Location and changed it to point at the station category on commons. I've placed commons:Category:Kingsway/Royal Alex Transit Centre (ETS) as a subcategory of commons:Category:Kingsway/Royal Alex station (ETS) to match how it exists on en.wikipedia and in reality. I'd still prefer to keep the transit centre categories on commons separate from the station categories for ease of classification and photo finding/searches, among other things. -Vanstrat ((🗼)) 16:17, 27 December 2019 (UTC)
