The rules section says "the allowance of handballs for throw-ins".

What is that supposed to mean? You literally handle the ball to take a throw-in, so a throw-in can never be a handball. This is akin to saying that the rules allow you to kick the ball from a free-kick. --Timtranslates (talk) 07:35, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
