[edit]In the article, it states 'In the first edition of the Book of Mormon, in Ether 4:1, Benjamin is said to have kept the Jaredite records. In later editions of the B of M, "Benjamin" was changed to "Mosiah," since at the time the Nephites obtained the Jaredite records, Benjamin had handed over the throne to Mosiah his son.'
This is suggesting that the Jaradite records were obtained around the time when King Benjamin handed over his throne to his son Mosiah II, when in fact they were actually found by Mosiah II's grandfather Mosiah I and translated by the first Mosiah long before Mosiah II was even born. So actually, the change from Benjamin to Mosiah makes it clearer to the reader that Mosiah I was actually the one who kept them from the start. Benjamin did keep them, so the original translation was true as well. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 214.3.75.177 (talk) 16:50, 15 March 2011 (UTC)
