The following comment was added in the disambiguation page text by User:Wikipeditor, but then removed by User:Jeffrey Scott Maxwell last year for some reason. It points out a valid concern, so I'm adding it to the talk page here:

Note that while the above names are spelled 김성환 in Hangul and would be romanized as Seonghwan (or Seong-hwan) using the Revised Romanization of Korean and Sŏnghwan using McCune–Reischauer, “Kim Sung-hwan” and similar spellings might also refer to people whose name is 김승환 (Seunghwan / Sŭnghwan) or 김숭환 (Sunghwan)
