– Both singers are CLEARLY the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, as they are popular worldwide as members of BTS. I searched for both "Jin" and "RM" on Google and both BTS members popped up first. Whaddaya think? RMXY (talk) 02:39, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Survey for Jin (singer) → Jin

[edit]

Survey for RM (musician) → RM

[edit]
  • Oppose, based on the sheer number of topics of greater historical importance by this two-letter acronym. BD2412 T 14:34, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • As noted above, looking at https://wikinav.toolforge.org/?language=en&title=RM we see a lot of interest in the musician, however, there was a relatively small total traffic of 788 or 737 in a month (this difference is a bit confusing in itself, but helpful as it reminds us not to treat this data as gospel), and then 242 visits to the proposed primary topic. That's just ~30-33% going there. It could mean that they can't find the musician, but it's the first entry in the list, so that seems unlikely. The more likely explanation is that the remaining ~67-70% of the readership is interested in something else. It wouldn't make sense to send all those people to the musician and have them click a hatnote to get back on track, unless the musician's long-term significance is also overwhelming compared to all the other topics. --Joy (talk) 15:15, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Clan

[edit]

He's currently categorized under Category:Gwangsan Kim clan, but there's nothing in the body of the article to support that. Can someone find a source for that and add it into the body? toobigtokale (talk) 12:27, 23 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You can use the same source used for RM, both Jin and V said their clans immediately before (or after) him. Chiyako92 16:42, 23 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Can you please update Jin's picture to a newer one? He's coming back soon, we need more better pics for him to engage more people. Navi2024 (talk) 13:47, 28 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

 Question: Do you have an image you'd like to add? '''[[User:CanonNi]]''' (talk|contribs) 14:00, 28 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Uk Chart stats are incorrect. I’ll Be There needs to be changed from 25 to 44 and Running Wild needs to be changed from - to 25. 80.45.133.206 (talk) 19:48, 22 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. PianoDan (talk) 22:38, 22 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The Official Charts website shows that I’ll Be There’s peak chart position in the UK was 44 and Running Wild’s peak position was 25. 5.64.218.196 (talk) 22:49, 22 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Someone has added on the incorrect US Billboard 200 peak position for Jin’s album Happy. It needs to be changed from 3 to 4. The album debuted at 4 this week as confirmed by Billboard themselves 5.64.218.196 (talk) 23:47, 24 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
