[edit]References to a subject's family members are not a required feature of a biography of a living person on Wikipedia — they may certainly be included if properly sourced, but not if you're digging into court records to source them. And especially not if you're using the same court records that were previously used to push a WP:BLP-violating assertion about his abilities as a parent (because clearly you're really just trying to backdoor the same allegation in the guise of a more neutral-sounding presentation.) We have an inviolable policy on Wikipedia that you may not dig into court records to prove anything (name change, divorce, name of a present or former spouse, past criminal record, etc.) that has not already been published in a reliable source — so any mention of his family in this article must be sourced to real media coverage or may not be here at all, and that's not up for debate.
