[edit]The lede says that some believe Lemp was murdered by police because of his involvement with the movement and his anti-government beliefs. and leaves out that others (like those who were there) believe he was shot because he presented a threat to police. Toddst1 (talk) 22:14, 16 May 2022 (UTC)
- "Police have said that Lemp was shot after confronting an officer during the execution of the raid" was what the article said, so I dont understand what you mean by that 169.139.16.4 (talk) 18:24, 17 May 2022 (UTC)
- Fair point. I interpreted it differently. Thanks for your response. Toddst1 (talk) 23:10, 18 May 2022 (UTC)

[edit]The article is about the "Killing of Duncan Lemp." The cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds and has been cited with a WP:RS. The cause of death was not "No-knock police raid." If you feel otherwise, please make your case and include citations. Toddst1 (talk) 23:10, 18 May 2022 (UTC)
- A No-Knock raid, by it's very nature, is statistical murder. If you break into a million homes, in the middle of the night, even of law abiding citizens, a certain number of them will awake, groggy and panicked, mistake you for common criminals ( as opposed to members of the most powerful criminal gang, the police ) and attempt to defend themselves.
- If you refrain from using terrorist tactics, fewer terrified people will attempt to defend themselves from you. 74.75.88.128 (talk) 18:09, 3 February 2023 (UTC)
