The title of this article does not seem to match its subject matter. --Juansidious 02:36, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
Yet this did not seem to be an arrest, as Alikhani had breached no sanction nor law, according to the sources. Hence it was a seizure and denial of freedom ultra vires- which might be called "kidnapping". 123.200.198.152 (talk) 08:52, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
