@Geni: Not useful without knowing the title and author of the document. Obscuring the bare URL with the unhelpful word "here" is a worse practice than posting the bare URL. If you want to post a useful source, cite the document properly. I am guessing you are referring to an article written by Gary Kynoch, like:

Kynoch, Gary (2005). "Crime, Conflict and Politics in Transition-Era South Africa". African Affairs. 104 (416): 493–514. ISSN 0001-9909.
