Khemara

In the Khmer language, the word Khemara with a short ending (the K is more of a glottal sound) also occurs as Khemarak Chon (Khmer populace), Khemarak Pheasa (Khmer language), etc. These are formal terms referring to Khmer. --Dara (talk) 07:13, 7 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is also a Pali word (and also the source of the Khmer word). If someone can find the Pali definition and add it to Wiktionary, that would be nice. --Dara (talk) 07:15, 7 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
