Blog sources

While I was cleaning up the references (see "References cleanup", I noticed that both the Arcane Radio Trivia (reference no. 3) and the Media Confidential (reference no. 1) sources cited are blogsites. I am not sure if they are considered reliable sources per WP:UGC, WP:SPS and WP:BLPSOURCES (I think the last one still can be applied because Metheny recently passed away). Of the two source, only the Media Confidential sources appears to have any type of editorial control and written by an established expert in the field, but i'm not entirely sure. If the sources aren't reliable, they should be removed, but I've hidden them for now until their reliability can be discussed. That might be a little too bold, but I think it's acceptable until they can be discussed. If, however, someone feels that's going a little too far, please undo, but also please explain why here.
