Hello. This page was deleted a few months ago after an Articles for Deletion discussion. I've just remade it. Before considering to delete this page again, please note that it passes the general notability guideline with flying colors: i.e., the book The Facilitative Leader in City Hall (ISBN 9781420068320) dedicates chapter 7 to Foy, there are large profile articles from large regional papers like The News & Observer ([1]) and Indy Week ([2]) that are easy to find, and there are several articles on his considered run for Senate. Not to mention that he was the mayor of a town of over 50k people (53,546 in 2009). --Hameltion (talk, contribs) 17:44, 23 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
