Advertisment
[edit]"Check local listings" sounds alot like advertisment... BURNyA 14:46, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
The article no longer sounds like an advertisement ... how can the warning messages be removed? Any one up for improving this article? 198.66.76.253 (talk) 12:58, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
NPOV
[edit]This has recently been rewritten and has COMPLETELY ruined the article. Links are gone, facts have been removed etc. It needs to be reverted. BURNyA 18:43, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
Ok thats the second time someone screwed with the article without informing why. Give a reason for your changes in the edit... BURNyA 18:44, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
Deletionism
[edit]I did not post what was removed, but there was NO reason why that information needed to be deleted. You have a problem, put it in talk first. Just because something needs a citation, doesnt mean it needs to go immediately. Yes, perhaps the picture needed to go, but there are procedures for deleting large chunks of info. Thank you. BURNyA 19:00, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
- The deleted text was copied from another website, as noted in the edit summary when it was removed. It is not necessary to discuss the removal of copyright violations before doing so. Please do not reinsert it. -- But|seriously|folks 00:45, 6 August 2007 (UTC)
Ah yes I see... It was lifted directly from his personal webpage. I sincerly apologize for jumping the gun. BURNyA 16:19, 6 August 2007 (UTC)
Who is Kerry Shook? What is his education other than a High School grauate? Where does he get the money to run major TV ads on a regular basis, prime time, prime stations? If he is making so much money from the collection plate; why doesn't he do something to help people in the world rather than promote himself? I think Jesus would prefer he do something other than promote himself, don't you?
Cites and Cleanup
[edit]I trimmed up this article some. Broke it into three sections. Working on this article, searching for information about education, background, so we can fill in the details. It needs to sound like an encyclopedia article.(Doctorfun (talk) 05:34, 14 February 2012 (UTC))
Removal of Sources Tag
[edit]I removed the Sources Tag. Footnotes are now mostly from third-party sources. If removal of the tag was incorrect, please add it back. Thanks (Doctorfun (talk) 15:37, 17 February 2012 (UTC)) (Cleanup)
Removing the Advert Tag
[edit]I have worked this article over a few times. I think we have it Wikified enough to remove the Advert Tag. If that is in error, please feel free to replace the tag. Thanks (Doctorfun (talk) 16:49, 28 February 2012 (UTC)) (Cleanup)
