Currently I will fail this nomination. After going through the entire article I find, there is problem with the prose, so I would prefer you reqest a copyedit of the article at WP:GOCER. So the article, does not pass (or barely pass) the no 1 criteria. However the main problem is with referencing. There are many links where there are no accessdate/ date or both, and dead links are - 157, 159, 172, 181, 254, 356, 407, 408, 414. Subscription is required for the 48 and 306 link. (You can see them here) There are many citation needed tags, the table in religion needs to have inline citations, instead of general one. There are huge unreferenced informations in the culture section. The ref no 2 opens to the census of India website, not to the required page for the population of Kerala.
