Accident investigation authority
[edit]http://www.ifalpa.org/downloads/Level1/Briefing%20Leaflets/Legal%20Issues/11LEG01%20-%20Legal%20Directory.pdf says that the Kenya CAA is the civil aviation authority and the Kenya Directorate of Civil Aviation is the investigation agency (with the Chief Inspector of Accidents)
- However the KCAA is the successor agency to the Directorate, so it has to be the accident investigation agency
