Returned unopposed

DNZB says three times, somewhere else only 2x. Apparently 3x = 1922, 1925 & 1931 but not 1928.

But Wiki article for election results show him unopposed in 1922 & 1925. In 1931 "unopposed again" according to Evening Post of 20 Nov 1931 p 11. In 1928 though, he was opposed by A. F. Moncur for Labour, according to the Evening Post of 13 Nov 1928 p16Hugo999 (talk) 13:19, 28 August 2013 (UTC) .[reply]
