"Speak Up" Ken Schram - Sept. 3 1983

"Speak Up" a citizen commentary opportunity that Ken Schram created. In 1983 he encouraged citizens from the community to come speak up in the studio about any issue. Sherry Whittier-Axson, a citizen completed a 30 second commentary that was played 2-3 times a day for 1 week. One episode was played on Sept. 3 1983.
