is this encyclopedic?

[edit]

It is mentioned in the article that Ken Hom speaks a chinese dialect of Toisan, so he has ancestry from Taishan, Guangdong of China. http://www.suntimes.com/lifestyles/food/2024506,hom-chinese-icon-chef-020310.article —Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.89.245.249 (talk) 07:35, 24 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Is this an encyclopedia entry or an advertisement? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pwt898 (talkcontribs) 16:15, May 27, 2007

It's an encyclopedia entry. Next question. --Calton | Talk 21:45, 27 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know why you so rudely dismissed the above comment. It does read like an advertisement. 82.69.28.55 18:07, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Further to the above comments, the bibliography (of every book Ken Hom has written) is utterly ludicrous 82.69.28.55 (talk) 10:44, 2 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
