Date of death

I was alerted to his death via his obituary in today's The Age, which gives his vital dates (4 Sept 1917 - 2 June 2011). But the only online cite I can find, from the SMH, does not give the dates. -- Jack of Oz ^{[your turn]} 03:11, 11 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
