Contradictory
[edit]He's said in the article to both favor and oppose manned spaceflight. Allens (talk | contribs) 17:11, 29 February 2012 (UTC)
- Cowing is a proponent of manned spaceflight. Cowing was against some management practices of NASA administration. These are different contexts. Removed the contradict template. Northamerica1000(talk) 08:02, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
