I reverted the deletions made by Spike.Sommers, a student editor in Wikipedia:Wiki_Ed/Macalester_College/Cold_War_Latin_America_(Fall_2017), as they were factual materials, with appropriate citations, links, and discussion. I am happy to engage in further conversation with Spike.Sommers on the material originally posted. I also note that this article is no longer an orphan; it is linked at the article for Alexander v. Yale lawsuit.
[edit]Yes, it's OK to describe the lawsuit. Yes, it's OK to say that the lawsuit was dismissed. Yes, it's OK to indicate the reason. Character assassination
[edit]This article reads less like a biography and more like a smear of someone who was never convicted of anything. The lawsuit was against Yale, not Brion, and from what I was able to glean, there was no evidence of any impropriety on Brion's part. It was purely a vindictive accusation on the part of a female student.
Either this article should be rewritten to talk about its subject, not a baseless lawsuit, or deleted.
