Per WP:ABOUTSELF, this is permitted since it is (1) not self-serving or an exceptional claim; (2) does not make claims about third parties; (3) does not make claims unrelated to the subject and the Diocese of Western Anglicans; (4) offers no reason doubt its authenticity and (5) is a single instance of a self-published source in an article that otherwise relies on RS.
