He is even worse than the last host. He's not funny, period. -Yancyfry
I corrected his birthdate.
It is not listed here that he was on the show Who's Line is it Anyway. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.237.166.234 (talk) 15:07, 28 May 2015 (UTC)

Occupation
The purpose of the lede is to identify what the person is known for, not to list everything they ever do. It already describes him as a comedian, and part of being a comedian is writing the material for it. (Comedians might also employ writers, but they all do some of their own writing: it goes without saying.) Does he write material for other people (besides his partner)... that is, do people give him checks for services as a writer? If someone asked him what he does for a living, would he reply "I'm a writer"? If not, then it doesn't belong in the opening sentence. (P.S. If you have an objection to part of someone's edit, please don't revert the whole thing.) -Jason A. Quest (talk) 15:29, 22 February 2016 (UTC)
- Nothing goes without saying. Your assumptions are far from universal, and not all comedians are also writers by default. If he is known for writing, which he is, we should give the due credit. EauZenCashHaveIt (I'm All Ears) 21:19, 22 February 2016 (UTC)
