Article 28 TEEC
[edit]Correct me if I'm wrong, but article 28 TEEC has nothing to do with Keck? 28 TEC does, and 30 TEEC does, but 28 TEEC is about customs duties and the process through which they can be modified. Took me 30 minutes of digging through the 3 treaties to make sense of this. But I don't want to edit the article itself without further research, which I do not have time to do rn.
