I shall be reviewing this article against the Good Article criteria, following its nomination for Good Article status.

Overview: This is a short article, which is not a problem in itself, but it confines itself to the subject's professional career. Where was he brought up, where was he schooled, he was 18 years old in 1946, did he serve in the armed forces? Did he ever marry, are ther children? Did he have interests outside the field of physics? Was he involved in any major scientific controversies? As it stands the article doesn't feel, just a dry summary of his achievements.
