Then I would suggest that you don't use the word "headquartered". It's an obvious giveaway when you use a word that is never used in the English language outside corporate marketing blurb. Phil Bridger (talk) 20:59, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
"Headquartered" aside, the article isn't overly promotional and represents a significant subsidiary of a significant corporation. A few third-party sources would be helpful, but they're hard to find in this industry. Acroterion(talk)22:20, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
