Regarding the sole cited source

As of now, this is the sole cited source of the article. I don't have access to the book, but from the snippet view, it seems that "Kausaliya" and "Kausal Singh" appear just on a single page of the source, and here's the relevant quote from the page no. 83:

Besides the Rewari kingdom, there were two other small chiefdoms in Ahirwal. Kausal Singh in the early eighteenth century established a small chiefdom. He belonged to Kausaliya clan whose descendants had established small kingdoms near Jodhpur and Gwalior in the seventeenth century. Kausal Singh gained an entry into the Delhi court through an Ahir Court noble whose daughter he married. On the recommendation of the Ahir courtier, Kausal Singh received a jagir of 15 villages in Rohtak district, from the Emperor. He built a fort at Kosli. The descendants of Kausal Singh supported the Mughal emperors at Delhi and maintained friendly relations with the powerful Rewari royal family.
