Deletion?
This source reports her entire output to be one single in 2002 or 2004, a cover of her dad's hit, I Think I Love You. [1] Apparently also an onscreen appearance in a VH1 documentary. I'm sure she's a nice lady, but apparently not notable. This article was speedied before by someone and I'm inclined to do so again. Does anyone who's watching this page think it can be expanded to say more? -Willmcw 10:25, August 2, 2005 (UTC)
- She seems to be notable enough to deserve her own article. Carioca 13:24, 10 October 2005 (UTC)
Picture
The picture is a picture of Lauren Cohan who plays Bela, if you look at the title of the pic it says Bela as well. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 141.210.236.158 (talk) 09:24, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
"Revenge of the Nerds" rumors
I removed the statement about the "Nerds" remake filmed at Agnes Scott College, as it lists no sources and appears based on rumor. The statement also contradicts the movie's own Wikipedia page and is slanted against the college. While this likely doesn't count as an official source, Agnes Scott alumnae discuss the movie's filming here. turtleduck (talk) 05:41, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
Born Quackenbush?
According to the State of California Birth Index (an official index of birth records, created by the State of California, that includes births that occurred in Los Angeles County, California 1905-1995), Katie was born Katherine Evelyn Anita Quackenbush (Mother's Maiden Name: Kaltschnee) on 25 Nov 1986 in Los Angeles County. Multiple on-line sources indicate that she is the daughter of David Bruce Cassidy and Sherry Benedon (nee Kaltschnee), so from where does the Quackenbush name come? Anyone know?
EDIT: Also according to the State of California Birth Index, Katie's older sister, Jenna Benedon, was born Jennalynn Renee Quackenbush on 03 Apr 1984 in Los Angeles County, Californa. Katie being born illegitimately to David Bruce Cassidy and Sherry Kaltschnee may explain why Katie was named Quackenbush at birth, if indeed Sherry Kaltschnee was in a relationship with a Mr. Quackenbush at the time of Katie's birth.
EDIT 2: State of California Marriage Index - 07 Nov 1976 - Los Angeles County, California - Cheryl L. Kaltschnee (aged 24 years) wed Dean E. Quackenbush (aged 26 years). It is most logical to assume that Cheryl L. Kaltschnee is the same person as Sherry Kaltschnee.

Personal Life
I removed a bunch of uncited material about a boyfriend, as I could find no references to the person that was named in association with Katie Cassidy through google. It appears to have been vandalism, as the person named has a Facebook page that suggests he is from the same place that the IP address that made those edits does. Reliable source needed for The Vampire Diaries role
A reliable source is needed to add Cassidy's role on The Vampire Diaries. The only recent source (April 28, 2010) I can find says it is not true, and that IMDB is wrong. See: [2], although a previous article did report this in February. See: [3].
- Question: OMG! Is it true Katie Cassidy is joining The Vampire Diaries as Meredith? Please tell me IMDb isn’t lying this once. —Juliet
- Ausiello: As bloody fangtastic as that would be, it’s unfortunately not true.
Note that fan sites, blogs, forums, as well as sites like Yahoo Answers and Wiki Answers do not count as reliable sources. Thanks. --Logical Fuzz (talk) 14:43, 14 May 2010 (UTC)
Harper's Island a CW TV series?
According to the Harper's island page it was from CBS for CBS, yet the introduction says: "who has performed in The CW TV series Melrose Place, Supernatural, Harper's Island, and Gossip Girl". --78.54.19.97 (talk) 10:08, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
