Image copyright problem with File:Freud, girl-white-dog.jpg
[edit]The image File:Freud, girl-white-dog.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Epstein bust of Garman
[edit]The reference to Andrea del Verrocchio is on the Commons page. I couldn't find confirmation anywhere else however. Bristol Museum do not appear to have an online catalogue and a search of academic art sources did not make the connection. Comparison of the works suggests that the info is correct however. The info may have been on the label in the Museum when Andy took the picture. Philafrenzy (talk) 13:06, 24 November 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you. Agreed, a visual comparison does confirm the reasonableness of the connection. Alas, without a citation this is drifting into the realms of WP:NOR. Edwardx (talk) 13:42, 24 November 2013 (UTC)
- The caption could be cited as the source as it is in print and from a reliable source and verifiable, but it will have to wait until someone visits. Philafrenzy (talk) 13:47, 24 November 2013 (UTC)
