[edit]Subject is notable. He fits the notability guidelines as agreed at Wikipedia:WikiProject Cricket. He has also played international cricket for two countries, and has represented his country at a major international sporting event (Commonwealth Games). Andrew nixon 23:13, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

- WP:BIO: Sportspeople/athletes/competitors who have played in a fully professional league, or a competition of equivalent standing in a non-league sport such as swimming, or at the highest level in mainly amateur sports or other competitive activities that are themselves considered notable, including college sports in the United States.
- The national team in a country has to be considered the highest level. Sam Vimes | Address me 23:58, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
The top level of multi-day cricket is designated "first-class", whereas the top level of one-day cricket is designated "List A". This guy has already played 58 such games. He is therefore notable enough, per WP:BIO and WP:Cricket guidelines, for an article of his own. jguk 12:57, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
