Corrected false information previously written about the village history. The village was not burned down by UPA. It was burned by agents of PKWN (Polish communist army) as part of Akcja Wisla and related deportation operations targeting Ukrainians in Southeast Poland. I have put the word out to others who are from the village, and who are knowledgeable, to provide useful additions to this page. Corinna Caudill (talk) 04:40, 11 March 2012 (UTC)
The next thing I would recommend is that the photo provided is swapped out with an actual photo of the village and/or cemetery in Karlikow, not a picture of the "Bukowsko hilly region." That's interesting, but not very appropriate. I will be happy to donate a photo or two to Wikipedia for that purpose. Corinna Caudill (talk) 05:30, 11 March 2012 (UTC)
