In the last sentence under the heading "German Democratic Republic", Schirdewan is quoted in German describing Ulbricht as "Intrigant Fröhlich". The article translates this as Schirdewan describing Ulbricht as "a happy intriguer". A more appropriate translation of the sentence, given both the context and direct German translation, would be:

The section on 1933 and his time in concentration camps seems to purposefully use obfuscating language to describe the Hitler regime
Saying "controversial regime change" to describe the Nazi Machtergreifung, for exmaple, or calling Colombiahaus a "detention center" when it was absolutely a concentration camp...I will make some edits to better reflect the realities of this history.
