Alleged Affair With Donald Trump

It is being alleged that the National Enquirer paid McDougal $150,000 to dish on an alleged affair that she had with Donald Trump and then sat on the story. The source is the Wall Street Journal(subscription required) and it is now quoted quite widely. Here is Politico's report on the matter. Properly referenced, this would definitely belong in the article. --Sometimes the sky is blue (talk) 16:29, 5 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I caught both The Hill and Politico articles. Neither at the time provided more than innuendo that this MAY have happened. My post was simply a heads up that there would be activity on this page today. WriterWithNoName (talk) 17:18, 5 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

BLP It is Noted that an affair was claimed, when it was an allegation of an affair

I looked at the citation from the WSJ where an allegation of an affair was mentioned, not the fact of an affair. Negative BLP stuff was deleted for that reason & for lack of a reliable source for an affair. (PeacePeace (talk) 05:30, 12 November 2016 (UTC))[reply]
