Project Assessment
[edit]I'm not sure how best to word it, but I think that the intro sentence needs to be fixed up to make it much more obvious that this is a yakuza organization being discussed. "Underworld" doesn't quite cut it, I think, as the references to secret police in the next sentence make it sound like this could fit under some other rubric of Shinshukyo or secret right-wing nationalist organization, or some other underground organization.
