Not St. Andrew's Great Canon
[edit]Check out this site. The canon used as the text for Part's work is Канон покаянный ко Господу нашему Иисусу Христу. It's listed under МОЛИТВЫ, at the top of the page.
St. Andrew's Great Canon is on that page, too, but under ВЕЛИКИЙ КАНОН (ТВОРЕНИЕ СВЯТОГО АНДРЕЯ КРИТСКОГО).
They are two different things. The first one corresponds to the words of Part's KP. (I checked.) The second one in no way corresponds to what's being sung.
Where did the idea that it was from St. Andrew's Great Canon come from, anyway? Madler (talk) 22:14, 25 March 2012 (UTC)
