Dear Council Member.
I am writing to you in regards to the "Nail Man" that throws nails out on the street of Palama, and Welo ST. As I am sure you are aware, Welo St. has a 40% down grade road. We also have School busses that transgress both of these streets. How long before we have blowouts in said vehicles,(to include Garbage Trucks) before this becomes a matter of life and death.We REALLY need you to look into this and do something ASAP, it's beyond annoying, down right dangerous for children, adults, motor vehicular drivers,public safety.
