Mrs. Persad-Bissessar's birthplace
[edit]Does anyone have a first source actual interview or statement from Mrs. Kamla Persad in where she states where she was born. Some websites say Penal, Trinidad and Tobago and some saying Siparia, Trinidad and Tobago. The only trustworthy website that gives the most accurate was the official T&T parliament website, which states she was born in Trinidad and Tobago, so should we just change her birthplace to Trinidad and Tobago till we get an accurate record of where she was born?
- The World Leaders Forum website states: "Source: Information provided by Office of the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago on behalf of Kamla Persad-Bissessar". Of all the various sources that Google brings up this seems to be the most accurate one. If a source of similar credibilty says "Penal" it would probably be appropriate to list both ("born in Siparia<source> or Penal<source>"). A fun thing to to would be to ask her. ;-) E.g. via her FB account (which states "Siparia" btw. but is not a citable source). Kind regards, Grueslayer 05:15, 29 August 2017 (UTC)
