The article makes mention of the "class of 2011". I'm guessing the original writer meant "2001". Can someone confirm/correct? Rob (Talk) 12:16, 24 June 2007 (UTC)
Namesake confusion
[edit]The middle school was established in 1874? Were there "middle schools" in 1874? The fact that it is named after Chief Kamiakin is interesting, but he died in 1877 so this (with no references) might imply that a middle school was named after a native American chief 3 years before he died? Kamiakin Elementary (in Sunnyside, WA) indicates that the school existed well before the name was selected. This is likely the same. --Quartermaster (talk) 00:03, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
