The unsourced statement that KSBN is "locally owned" is inaccurate, or at least misleading. According to the FCC ownership report[1], KSBN, Inc. 34% owned by ALAN GOTTLIEB, who is a local owner. The other 66% is split between two non-profit organizations chartered in the State of Washington - The Second Amendment Foundation, and the Citizen's Committe for the Right to Keeep and Bear Arms. The two non-profit organizations have a board of 7 directors with equal voting powers - Mr Gottlieb is the only one of the seven directors who is a resident of Washington. The Chairman of a non-profit corporation does not "own" the corporation, although as a practical matter he may control them.StreamingRadioGuide (talk) 23:35, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
