[edit]krzi was a local station in the 1980's, i was a graveyard DJ there as a Baylor student. It was known as "solid gold radio". We even had a tv commercial in '84 or '85. To solidify the move to "oldies" we played Bill Haley and the Comets' "rock around the Clock" for 24 hours on the 1st day of switching to our new format! It was a fun time. Just wanted people to know it was around way before 1997! -- Transferred from main page by Thomas H. White (talk) 23:18, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
