Neutrality and other issues

[edit]

Recently, several IP users have confirmed to the same edit (including the decade that another station was on), as well as adding a source that, while mentions KCMP, does not do so in the way it is claimed in the article. The sentence claiming that KCMP is based on other stations (WXPN-Philadelpha, KCRW-L.A. & Seattle's KEXP-FM) seems to be original research and not reflected in the article, which just lumps KCMP in with these other stations, but makes no mention of them influencing KCMP. Is this original research? Furthermore, the body of text claims these stations are pioneers of non-commercial alternative radio (presumably meaning the alternative rock format, as KPFA , for example, was doing non-commercial alternative (not alternative rock but alternative in general) radio in the 1940s and '50s. On another issue, I don't see the need of why the decade that "Rev105" operated is germain, but, in my opinion, just the word "former" works well (if people are curious which decade Rev105 was on, they can look at the link).Stereorock (talk) 03:55, 23 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The addition of unrelated stations without a source that mentions KCMP is linkspam at worst and original research at best. Jonathunder (talk) 20:09, 2 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
