Unbalanced tag
[edit]I added the unbalanced tag because, although this article is well-constructed, it has some mild point-of-view slanting in favor of this organization and against the Kathmandu local government. It's not major, but it could use some balancing. Still, since it's not major, I felt that it didn't deserve a full-on {{POV}} tag. - Jorgath (talk) (contribs) 22:01, 12 March 2012 (UTC)
