Address
[edit]The question was asked Isn't her address private?. In fact it is a requirement for all public elections in the UK that your address is printed on ballot papers and notices of election, etc. so whilst I see no reason that it needs to be placed on WP (maintaining home addresses for all MPs and councillors, mayors, etc would be a massive headache) it isn't actually "private". --Vamp:Willow 9 July 2005 10:33 (UTC)
- Fair point - although that's an administrative formality rather a desire to have people pop round for a cup of tea. I agree with the administrative point. Mpntod July 9, 2005 12:57 (UTC)
Expenses
[edit]What does "...expenses claims she was the 599th lowest out of the 645 MPs" mean? Do we take this literally (47th from the top) or should it read "599th highest"? And does "high" mean "good value" or "high spending"? I would fix this myself but I can't find the source, though The Telegraph[Expenses 1] looks promising. Certes (talk) 16:30, 15 October 2011 (UTC)

Change of "style" from Miss to Ms
[edit]Isn't it rather tortuous logic that her "style" changed in this manner on the stroke of her 18th birthday? Is a married 17-year-old "Ms", but an unmarried one still "Miss"? Both still "Miss"? Not to mention being entirely unsourced, of course. 109.255.211.6 (talk) 00:42, 17 September 2021 (UTC)
"Rt. Hon."
[edit]The lady is no longer Right Honourable: she is no longer eligible even for a n honorary title. Correct? Macdonald-ross (talk) 13:52, 16 May 2022 (UTC)
