How can this Julius Africanus have the dates he's given here, when he's said to have lived "in the reign of Nero," and his father was "condemned by Tiberius," both of whom lived in the early First Century C.E.? Can someone fix this?
This statement "There is a persistent belief in some quarters that Africanus was actually an African; in fact, however, being the son of a Gallic chief he was a member of a Germanic tribe." is not a fact and should be edited out. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.28.150.224 (talk) 10:43, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
