Formal tone/surname
[edit]Subsequent uses of a person's name should use their surname (e.g. "Regan" not "Julianne") - see Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style_(biographies)#Subsequent_uses_of_names. This article is good but it's reading more like a fan piece than an enyclopedia article. Making it more formal in tone would go a long way towards rectifying that. Likewise, please avoid value statements such as that being tagged goth was "unfortunate". --kingboyk 14:09, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
Butterfly on a Wheel
[edit]The song Butterfly on a Wheel was written for Julianne, but it was written by Wayne Hussey Not Simon Hinkler.

[edit]This article needs sympathetic, but realistic editing to remove the {Wiki} and {POV} tags that I have inserted.

Further info?
[edit]I seem to recall that Julianne had quite an involvement in the 'folk/rock' scene at one point. She certainly joined Fairport Convention occasionally at their festivals. I also went to an acoustic gig that I think was perhaps just herself and WIlson-Piper?

Quagswag, you're right about her involvement with Fairport Convention - I've got a couple of their live compilation albums with Julianne taking the place of the late Sandy Denny. I'll try to work out how to incorporate this info into the article. As for the acoustic gigs with Marty, could you be thinking of the Fairy Light Nights concerts that Julianne, Marty and Andy did? They happened between 2000 and 2002 - there's a full list here if you need your memory jogging Dom Kaos (talk) 03:13, 7 January 2009 (UTC)
