Mendelsohn's website http://www.morenoiz.com/MoreNoiz_Biography.htm mentions that he was in Australia as a teenager. "After spending my last few years at school in Australia dreaming of becoming a recording engineer, I arrived in the UK in 1972 thinking that it would be easy to get a job." I tried to find Internet sources stating that he was born in Australia, but I was unsuccessful. He is definitely now living in Australia. "Now based in Melbourne Australia and with the advent of new technology like Protools and the Internet I am ready to work with local and overseas artists."
