"The clitoris of the Conservative Party"

I recall - but am unable to provide a reference to prove that Julian Critchley once described Michel Heseltine as "The man who knpws exactly where to find the clitoris of the Conservative Party". This was a reference to Heseltine's ability to wow the blue-rinsed ladies anually at the party conference.conference. 86.22.72.56 (talk) 17:11, 2 October 2009 (UTC) If a reference substantiating this can be found - it would be worth adding to the main article![reply]
