Davros rumours
[edit]He's been rumoured to play Davros, can this be added to the page? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sepmix (talk • contribs) 19:46, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
Musician?
[edit]Julian has been placed into a Musicians category. Is Julian actually a musician; does he actually compose music, sing or play a musical instrument in any notable sense? I am not convinced that his role as "MC" for Shockheaded Peter was musical; an MC in this context may mean the traditional Master of Ceremonies role as a narrator, announcer, compère or ringmaster, rather than the modern rhythmic/rapper sense. I suspect his role had no rhythmic quality and therefore is not musical, can anyone confirm? Therefore I suspect that Julian should be removed from the Musicians category. - To give a further example, Charles Gray (actor), who was the narrator in the Rocky Horror Picture Show is not categorised as a musician, and I suspect Julian's role in Shockheaded Peter was similar. This NYT review states that the music is "performed by the trio Tiger Lillies and led by Mr. Jacques", none of whom are Julian, so I'm removing Julian from musician categories. - No, I've never seen him sing or perform music and I don't have a source for it (it was a long time ago, and I can't remember if i ever did). The only thing i know is that lamda (i guess the clue is in the m!) do make all students sing a little, and appear in one musical during their training. Amo (talk) 14:26, 17 September 2008 (UTC)
According to his theatre programme biog, Julian is not only an actor, but also a violinist and composer. I believe he may have worked with Philip Glass at some point in his career. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 155.136.80.162 (talk) 13:51, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
