Needs expansion
[edit]I've just marked this article with some cleanup templates; it needs much more work, especially in the segments about her time in Chicago and as the head of the Children's Bureau. A Google Books search on her name isn't a bad place to start researching, especially in Kriste Lindemeyer's book on the Children's Bureau and in Elizabeth Jane Clapp's Mothers of All Children.---Shane Landrum (cliotropic | talk | contribs) 17:04, 13 March 2011 (UTC)
