There appears to be no source for May 22, 1993, as d.o.d. However, LOC and VIAF have July 7, 1972, probably based on the book Fallen from the Moon: Robert Edward Juice Wilson: His Life on Earth: A Dossier by Anthony Barnett (published Jan 21, 2021 by Allardyce) ISBN: 0907954685.
